Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new sites for residential development projects in Hertfordshire and surrounding counties.



About the Role:


The successful candidate will work closely with our Land and Development Managers to appraise and manage potential new sites, as well as identify further new sites for consideration. Key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing general assistance and administration in preparation of land bids
  • Visiting potential sites and attending land meetings, with reporting duties as required
  • Assisting with legal and planning matters, liaising with external consultants and internal departments/staff


Requirements:


To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in Real Estate, Land Management, or a related field, and hold a valid driving license. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a land, planning, or development role with a housebuilder, residential developer, or similar property-related business.



What We Offer:


This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, with a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
