About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Reliability Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in influencing the safety and reliability of our technically sophisticated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety and reliability strategies to ensure the delivery of safe and reliable products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety and reliability into the system engineering process
  • Deliver supporting information, including safety case reports, hazard analysis, and reliability prediction
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the safety and reliability of our products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Proven experience in safety and reliability engineering, with a strong understanding of system engineering processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience
