Sales Representative Opportunity in Liverpool

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused Parts Sales Executive to join our team at CONSULT2RECRUIT LTD in Liverpool. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your career in a dynamic sales environment, working with a well-established client in the region.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary of £29,000, paid on a monthly basis. In addition to this, we offer an excellent company sick pay scheme, enhanced pension contributions, death in service benefits, access to the Cycle to Work scheme, and enhanced paternity and maternity benefits. We also provide loyalty holidays and excellent personal development and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive aftermarket parts sales in the Merseyside area, meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop conquest business from the existing customer base and cultivate new opportunities.
- Maintain a commercial approach to parts sales and delivery across the region.
- Support front and back counter sales to ensure company targets and objectives are achieved.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in parts sales, ideally within a Main Dealership or the Commercial Vehicle Industry (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Sales-focused, self-motivated, and target-driven with a proactive approach.
- Strong understanding of customer service and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, depot managers, franchise partners, and suppliers.
- IT literate with good analytical skills and an organised approach to work.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
