Job Title: Digital Printer/Print Finisher

We are seeking an experienced Digital Printer/Print Finisher to join our team at Commercial Print Solutions Company in Hereford. As a key member of our Print/Production Team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital print and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain digital print and finishing equipment, including Xerox, Duplo, laminators, and guillotines.
  • Complete assigned jobs within agreed time frames and to a high-quality standard.
  • Assist in other areas, such as large format print and finishing, installing internal and external signage, and vinyl wrapping, with training provided as needed.
About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm. You will be part of a warm and friendly team, working with a diverse customer base. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be flexible, and willing to assist in other areas of the business.

Requirements:
  • Experience in digital print and finishing, with a strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
