Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Specialist

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant Specialist to join our innovative Occupational Therapy Team at Ashworth Hospital.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a qualified Occupational Therapist to deliver meaningful activities of daily living and provide therapeutic interventions to service users.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that offers Sensory Integration assessment and treatment to High Secure service users.

The role involves working effectively as a member of a team to provide a programme of therapeutic activities and interventions under the direction of a qualified Occupational Therapist.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health Services and possess basic awareness of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.

The salary for this position is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, depending on experience.
