IT Service Management Lead
This role will be based on the university campus, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid manner. The University of Leeds is one of the top 135 universities in the world, with a truly global community and a strong tradition of academic excellence.
As the IT Service Management Lead, you will be accountable for the implementation and management of the end-to-end Problem Management process. The successful candidate will have experience of delivering organisational wide change programmes and excellent communication and influencing skills.
The role involves engaging with a wide range of stakeholders in IT, implementing and managing an effective Problem Management process. The IT Service Management Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring IT delivers on the University's strategic aims and objectives and supporting the IT Leadership team with the implementation of continual improvement.
