Technical Trainer Role
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering training content to Part 145 staff, ensuring it meets the highest industry standards. This includes all technical training associated with business needs, continuation training, and preparation of training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training in a practical manner.
- Develop instructor materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and training aids.
- Prepare and improve current courses.
- Deliver training using various methods, including classroom-based, eLearning, and Virtual training.
- Have strong organisational skills to build and deliver effective training programmes.
Requirements:
Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree, or have recent experience in aircraft technical training. Experience in aircraft engineering or an MRO environment is also required, along with an appropriate professional recognised training certificate.
