About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Transport Department as a Transport Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify new defects and ensure repair arrangements are in place
  • Manage outstanding defects and ensure timely completion
  • Input agency drivers into the Tacho system and verify license checks
  • Update agency driver spreadsheets by vehicle
  • Raise supplier purchase orders as required
  • Support the Logistics team with delivery planning and coordination
  • Reconcile fuel card returns and ensure accurate cost center allocations
  • Close down agency drivers no longer with the company in the Tacho system
  • Ensure service notifications are sent correctly using the vehicle maintenance planner
  • Verify service paperwork for completed PMIs
  • Manage vehicle spreadsheets, Dart Charge, Congestion Charge, and Operator License
  • Verify vehicle documents and planner accuracy
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize a busy workload
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
