**Job Description**
- Plan and lay out work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop patterns, cuts, forms, joins, assembles, and installs items with straight, curved, or irregular shapes.
- Apply advanced techniques and shop mathematics to construct and modify structures.
- Perform masonry tasks for the maintenance and construction of surfaces and structures.
- Follow safety practices and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £29,507 per annum, based on industry standards and location. The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, paid sick leave, and access to company benefits including pension scheme, free on-site parking, and employee extras such as life assurance scheme and employee assistance programme.
