Childcare Director

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Childcare Director to lead our nursery team at Blom and Blom in Twickenham. The successful candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, as well as a sound working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and development of the nursery setting
  • Promote a safe, caring, stimulating environment
  • Support and promote outstanding childcare provision
  • Support staff development and training
  • Liaise with Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g. EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or equivalent)
  • At least 18 months nursery management experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations
  • Comprehensive understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
  • Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes
