We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team at Kings Camps. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, fun, and inclusive sessions to children aged 5-17 years.
As a Sports Coach, you will work closely with our Camp Manager and a team of like-minded individuals to create an engaging and safe environment for our young participants. Your primary focus will be on delivering market-leading activity programmes, ensuring the welfare of children is paramount at all times, and promoting a culture of teamwork and sportsmanship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Working collaboratively with the Camp Manager and team to achieve programme goals
- Providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills
Requirements
- At least 6 months' experience working with children from 5-17 years
- At least 3 months' experience coaching a sport or active games
- Vibrant, resilient, and team-oriented individual
- Flexible and adaptable
- Level 2 or higher qualification in Primary or Secondary Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education
- Paediatric First Aid (training opportunities available)
