Job Title: Distance Selling Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking pharmacist to join our team at Weldricks Pharmacy, specializing in Distance Selling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest standards of work, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to our pharmacies, patients, and online customers.
  • Display high work standards and adhere to regulatory and legal requirements, following company processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with the Hub Manager to organize, delegate, and monitor staff performance and meet agreed targets.
  • Deliver professional services to maximize income through Leedale, including DMS, NMS, PQS, Pharmacy First, Contraceptive Service, and other private and NHS services.
  • Work with the Webshop team to support their financial targets by providing necessary Pharmacy input in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the professional aspects of staff inductions, ensuring all colleagues complete training within the deadline, and manage underperformance.
