ER Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ER Advisor to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As an ER Advisor, you will play a key role in providing support, management, and guidance to leaders on all aspects of Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on performance management, absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Escalate complex and high-risk cases to Senior ER Advisers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Embed a high-performance culture within the organization by coaching leaders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with ER Senior Advisers and In-House Legal Counsel on restructures and exits, including settlement agreements and share-related matters.
  • Use effective coaching and questioning techniques to resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to leaders, providing general guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct reporting requests on HR metrics, including board-level reporting.
