About the Role

Quinn Recruitment is seeking a skilled Asset Condition Auditor to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to work with our partner letting agencies and landlords in Bristol, ensuring high-quality reports are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • You will play a pivotal role in assessing property condition, creating detailed reports using mobile software, and representing our partners as needed.
  • Each day, you will travel to properties, conduct thorough assessments, and ensure timely completion of reports.
  • In addition, you may be responsible for key collection/handover on behalf of our partners.
About You
  • No prior experience in inventory management is required, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • You must possess a keen eye for detail, be highly organized, and able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills and punctuality are essential when dealing with customers.
  • A reliable vehicle is necessary for traveling to different locations, and fuel costs will be reimbursed.
