Our 28-bedded healthcare of the elderly ward, Cheetham Hill Ward, provides a broad range of acute medical conditions. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, assessments, treatment, and documentation in line with the Stroke National Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to patients with complex needs
  • Collaborate with the MDT to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document and evaluate all care given, ensuring accurate and timely recording
  • Provide a high-quality customer service, adhering to relevant legislation and NHS Employment check standards
  • Participate in the creation of a 'no-blame' culture, where staff feel empowered to share and learn from experiences
