About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fashion stores, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, maintaining high retail standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A generous annual leave package, including 38 days off plus bank holidays.
