Tate Stevenson Architects, a leading architectural practice based in Ulster, seek an experienced and skilled Technical Project Specialist to contribute to delivering projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who can assist with project delivery at various stages, including design, detailing, drawing, contract administration, site inspections, and other related tasks.
This role involves supporting the technical delivery of projects through working drawings, specification writing, contract documentation, and presentations. The successful candidate will also contribute to early-stage design development, planning applications, and presentations.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience working in an architectural or multi-disciplinary consultancy office.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Familiarity with Revit Architecture is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
