Exciting Opportunity for a Finance Professional

MERJE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director / Head of Finance to join a dynamic and fast-growing FMCG company. This role offers the chance to lead financial strategy and operations for a business poised for significant expansion in the coming years.

The Role

As Interim Finance Director / Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring financial health. This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of financial operations and the ability to drive business growth through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting and reporting
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and ForEx
  • Implement effective internal controls and financial policies

Requirements

  • Proven track record in financial management within a fast-growth environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience in financial modelling and scenario planning
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry financial practices
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team

What We Offer

This role will cover Maternity Leave and the contract will be a minimum of 12 months. We offer a hybrid working arrangement from our London office. We will only consider applicants with a maximum 6 weeks' notice period and experience working in a number 1 role within the FMCG / Food and Drinks Industry.
