About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Advocate at SuperCare. In this role, you will work closely with young people, their families, social workers, and other organizations to ensure everyone's needs are addressed. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support on a shift work basis, including direct work with young people, key working, and monitoring and reviewing Care Plans.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and has experience of working in Ofsted environments. You will need to have a Level 3 CYPW or above and an Enhanced DBS Check. You will also need to be smart and agile to handle the daily needs and activities of the young people.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including private health insurance, gym membership stipend, and access to our company bonus scheme. You will also receive fully-paid support to complete your Level 3 and Level 5 NVQs.
