As a Retail Assistant Manager at St Christophers, you will be responsible for overseeing all areas of our stock journey, from sorting, pricing, and displaying donations to making a sale. You will also supervise a team of volunteers, creating a welcoming environment for everyone while still getting the job done.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The estimated salary for this role is around £23,130 per annum, based on the job requirements and location in Biggin Hill.

The employment terms include a permanent contract with 21 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, based on a 7-day rota.
