As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, using your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service. You will have a proven track record of telephone ability and excellent customer handling skills, as well as strong communication and rapport-building skills.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be proficient in general computer knowledge and able to demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm.
