We are seeking a skilled and versatile Operative Technician to join our team in Bromsgrove, UK. This temporary to permanent position offers a chance to work on various sites across the country.

About the Job

This role involves working as a warehouse person, maintaining a clean environment, collecting and delivering materials to different locations. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to install relocatable partition wall systems at our warehouse and potentially take on site installations when secured projects become available.

In addition to warehouse duties, you will be required to assist on various construction sites throughout the UK, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Your tasks will need to be completed efficiently and timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
  • You must possess a Green CSCS Card as a minimum requirement.
  • Prior experience from a trade background, such as drylining, joinery, or glazing, is desirable.
  • You should be able to work effectively within a team and be willing to learn new systems and procedures.
  • The ability to work independently and under your own initiative is necessary.
Working Conditions and Benefits

This 12-week temporary to permanent position includes provision of a work van for travel between sites and accommodation when staying away from home.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £28,000-£35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location factors.
