Eelectro-Mechanical Design Manager Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Design Manager. This role involves all aspects of product design from development to prototype, test and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of product design from development to prototype, test and manufacturing
  • Improvement projects (technical, cost, obsolescence etc) on existing products
  • Working collaboratively with clients, sales, manufacturing and supply chain to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering problems
  • Product management including drawings, BOMs, processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in engineering, ideally with complex electro-mechanical products
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (eg BEng, BSc, MSc, MEng or equivalent)
  • Confident user of 3D CAD (eg Solidworks, Inventor, Creo, ProE or similar)
