ROLE OF DEPUTY STORE MANAGER

As a key ambassador of Mamas & Papas, you will create magical moments for our customers and community of new and expectant parents.

We are seeking a Deputy Store Manager to join our Hull Store team, assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, enhancing the store experience, and achieving store KPIs.

As a leader, you will manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, supporting, motivating, and developing this incredible team while leading by example.

With a passion for retail and a genuine love for creating magical moments, you will be an excellent fit for our team.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Enhancing the store experience for customers
  • Managing a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants
  • Supporting, motivating, and developing the team
  • Leading by example and creating a positive work environment
