Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Disability Employment Adviser to join our Employment Futures Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide initial assessment and eligibility checks for potential jobseekers, offer guidance on local services and forums for support, and promote inclusive employment and disability confident practice with employers.

About the Role:

  • You will work independently, organizing your time effectively to generate and assess suitable referrals and help address barriers faced by jobseekers.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining petty cash records for approved expenses and submitting accurate receipts and records on a monthly basis.
  • As a Disability Confident Employer, we guarantee to interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for this job vacancy.
