Senior Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Charge Nurse to join our Christie at Home service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess the needs of patients and families, ensuring provision of client-centred care that focuses on the promotion of health as well as illness.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care, in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
• Assess educational and informational needs of patients and families, providing up-to-date information enabling them to participate in the planning of care.
• Enhance care by using relevant research outcomes when planning and delivering nursing care.
• Evaluate nursing care and inform Senior Sister and medical staff of patients' changing healthcare needs.
Requirements
• RGN Level 1 or 2
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing Studies
• Experience in relevant speciality
• Leadership experience or similar
