We are recruiting for a skilled Assembly Line Engineer to join our Production team at HPCareers Limited. As an Assembly Line Engineer, you will be responsible for assembling and delivering high-quality RF and electronic assemblies for niche Microwave Radar applications.
Main Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality assemblies using hand tools, soldering, wire bonding, and silver epoxy mount
* Ensure all production data, records, assessments, and manufacturing paperwork are up-to-date and accurate
* Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly production output targets
* Provide timely support repair work for customer returns
* Collaborate with the Production team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
* A strong background in electrical/electronic engineering
* Proven experience in assembly line operations
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary range of £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
