Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Climber/Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of all climbing tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of climbers
- Conduct site inspections to assess tree conditions and develop safe work plans
- Operate and maintain aerial rigging equipment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely project completion
- 5+ years of experience as a climber
- Relevant qualifications and certifications
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ariel rigging and reduction skills to a high standard
- Self-driven and positive attitude
- Keen eye for detail and mechanical aptitude
- Clean driving licence (ideal)
- Competitive salary range: £140.00-£160.00 per day
- Overtime and weekend opportunities available
- Free parking on-site
- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekend availability required
- Location: Burnham-on-Crouch preferred
