Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our close-knit team to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with leading consultants and like-minded professionals to achieve outstanding results.
  • Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff to ensure their growth and success.
  • Create high-quality care plans and implement them effectively.
  • Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding the importance of continuity in patient care.
Requirements
  • Registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in theatre practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for high standards.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience.
  • Focused, flexible, and motivated team worker with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
