Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
Key Responsibilities- Work with our close-knit team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with leading consultants and like-minded professionals to achieve outstanding results.
- Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff to ensure their growth and success.
- Create high-quality care plans and implement them effectively.
- Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding the importance of continuity in patient care.
- Registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
- Relevant qualifications and experience in theatre practice.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for high standards.
- A meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience.
- Focused, flexible, and motivated team worker with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
