Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Chilled Department

Job Summary:

Challenge-trg Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in the chilled department. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking and packing items in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack items in the chilled department using a voice-activated pick system
  • Operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) system with full training provided
  • Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
  • Pick and pack meat and alcohol products

Shift and Pay Information:

  • Shift: 6am to 2pm, either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
  • Pay rate: £12.45 to £19.51 per hour, with a fixed overtime rate of £18.68 per hour over 37.5 hours per week
