We are seeking a talented Compensation Data Partner to join our team at Aon. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our clients make informed compensation decisions.



As a Compensation Data Partner, you will be responsible for providing daily support to your portfolio of clients, helping them understand year-over-year changes in job architecture, survey publications, and data lifecycle. You will work closely with our global Radford McLagan Compensation Database to deliver exceptional service to our clients.



This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office. You will have the opportunity to work on specific projects, delivering job matching and benchmarking services to clients.



In this role, you will develop a broad skillset, covering both technical data analysis and client interaction and relationship management. You will work in a team of industry specialists, where you will have an active voice to drive efficiency and process change.



We are looking for someone who is proficient in using a range of formulas within Excel and is comfortable analysing and presenting data insights to clients in a clear and concise manner. You must be able to demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, ideally within the consulting or business service sectors.

What You Can Expect




  • Drive client retention by providing daily support around job architecture, survey publications, data lifecycle, and platform experience.
  • Clean and analyse Compensation data using Excel and internal software.
  • Ensure all client compensation data submission obligations are fulfilled.
  • Work on specific projects, delivering job matching and benchmarking services to clients.
