Job Title: Corporate Learning and Development Coach

The Post At Mint Hill Llc is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Learning and Development Coach to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering training to various business areas, maintaining training tracking systems, and designing new training modules to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to all areas of the business, ensuring that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Maintain and update the training tracking system, ensuring accurate records of staff training and development.
  • Design and develop new and revised product and application specific training, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Evaluate training sessions and provide feedback to improve future training programs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a training role, preferably in a Contact Centre or Large multi–Department Business.
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Ability to use data and feedback for continuous development of training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
