About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our IS Projects and Training team at the General Medical Council. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of technology-driven change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, specify, and design high-quality systems, processes, and services
  • Support the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, from business case development to benefits realisation
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of solutions
  • Work closely with project managers and other colleagues to coordinate work across IS and the wider organisation
Requirements

We are looking for someone with significant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a related sector. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

You will also have a strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, with experience of working on projects that involve 3rd parties and technical resources.
