Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with UK drainage and flood risk regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and engineering designs.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in civil engineering project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK drainage and flood risk regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in CAD software, including Microstation and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with drainage and 3D design software, such as Flow and PDS.
  • Strong understanding of the planning process and associated documents.
