Project Controller - Modular Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to join our team in North Yorkshire. As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth design, production, and installation of modular construction projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in detailed handover meetings with sales teams to ensure seamless project transitions.
  • Manage project costs and revenues from start to finish, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
  • Collaborate with site managers to ensure projects are handed over snag-free.
  • Submit relevant documentation, including RAMS, lift plans, and health and safety files.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required, liaising with clients on building specifications and extra scope of works.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in modular construction, with strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Ability to travel to sites when necessary, with valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS tickets.
  • Strong understanding of IT skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
