Role Overview
RH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Service Professional to join our team in providing exceptional service and hospitality to our guests. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests at their tables and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders and ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely manner.
- Support guests with questions about food and beverage items, including ingredients and methods of preparation.
- Engage with guests to make them feel valued and appreciated.
- Process all guest payments and ensure that all transactions are accurate and secure.
- Run food and drinks to guest tables as needed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a server in a luxury setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Micros and Toast or a similar POS system.
- General knowledge of food, wine, and beer.
- Challenge and Basic Food Hygiene Level Certified.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25 kg.
- Work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
