Role Overview

RH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Service Professional to join our team in providing exceptional service and hospitality to our guests. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests at their tables and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take orders and ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely manner.
  • Support guests with questions about food and beverage items, including ingredients and methods of preparation.
  • Engage with guests to make them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Process all guest payments and ensure that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Run food and drinks to guest tables as needed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a server in a luxury setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Micros and Toast or a similar POS system.
  • General knowledge of food, wine, and beer.
  • Challenge and Basic Food Hygiene Level Certified.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25 kg.
  • Work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
