Job Title:
Service/Maintenance AV Engineer

Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

A skilled and proactive Service/Maintenance AV Engineer is sought to join The Electronics Group team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs on audio-visual systems across residential properties.

This role is vital in ensuring that all AV equipment operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of quality for residents.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of audio-visual systems and equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults in audio, video, and control systems.
Carry out emergency repairs and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with contractors and external service providers as needed.
Assist in the installation of new AV equipment and systems as required.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their AV concerns effectively.
Support the management team in identifying areas for improvement in AV maintenance practices.

Relevant qualifications in audio-visual technology, electronics, or a related field.
Proven experience in a service or maintenance AV engineering role.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
