Job Title: Lead Data Analyst

At IQVIA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and supporting a team of data analysts in delivering high-quality data insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day work of the data analyst team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and high-quality results.
  • Maintain and improve the team's understanding of major areas of analysis and statistics, including database management, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations Manager to improve team processes, implement new technologies, and enhance database usage.
  • Develop and maintain key reporting streams used internally and externally, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring compliance with information governance guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to managers and clinicians on information systems and business intelligence tools.
  • Project manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a team of data analysts, with a strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with relational database systems, data visualization tools, and business intelligence software.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with regular travel to our office in Leeds, UK.
