We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Griffin Mill. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing our sales team to achieve financial and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Uphold customer care standards aligned with manufacturer and company expectations.
- Utilize monthly management accounts to optimize sales department profitability.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance sales team performance across key areas including customer satisfaction, prospecting, sales processes, time management, and product knowledge.
- Lead and direct sales team activities, ensuring adherence to plans and budgets.
- Work within the FCA regulations and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong background in automotive retail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience working within a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
