Job Description

The Global Marketing Operations team is looking for an individual with experience in digital content management and Veeva Vault PromoMats to ensure efficient use of these tools for key processes across the business. This may include:

  • Digital assets
  • Portals
  • Multichannel content
  • Claim libraries
  • References

This role will serve as a subject matter expert across the business, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and developing training materials as required. Monitoring the organisation's approach to content management and defining key success metrics will be key responsibilities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Life Science industry, with 3+ years in digital asset management.
  • Demonstrate Global Commercial and/or Marketing experience.
  • Hold a strong knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats.
  • Be confident working in a matrix environment.
