Commercial Vehicle Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers
* Build genuine rapport with customers to understand their needs
* Match relevant products to customer needs and present features and benefits
* Accurately appraise used vehicles offered in part exchange
* Organize and conduct professional demonstrations and test drives
* Negotiate successful sales and overcome objections
* Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles
* Identify potential customers and carry out prospecting activities
* Ensure all vehicles are presentable and ready for inspection
* Display vehicles to brand standard with accurate pricing and specification details
* Maintain digital diaries and use customer relationship and dealership management tools accurately
* Comply with FSA requirements in the advising, selling, and administration of insurance products
