About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Vision-FS Recruitment. As a leading Financial Services Recruitment business, we cover the UK FS market, and this role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, utilizing your CeMAP qualification and experience in high-value deals.
  • Service a first-class client base, leveraging your ability to cross-sell and build strong relationships.
  • Conduct fact-find meetings, prepare financial plans, and generate new business through introducer relationships.
  • Build your own client book, utilizing our hybrid working model.
Requirements
  • CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Advisor/Mortgage Broker with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Proven track record of success in mortgage sales, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent business development skills, with a focus on high-value deals.
