Pizza Hut Senior Team Lead

At Pizza Hut (UK), we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Team Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities, working closely with our General Managers to drive business growth and success.
About the Role
The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for directing and supervising a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience of coaching, supporting, or supervising team members/peers. They will also possess strong IT, communication, planning, organising, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Coaching and developing team members to improve their performance and career prospects.
- Developing and implementing operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Managing inventory, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure maximum profitability.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership position, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
