About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Furniture Porter to join our team at the OCS Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of furniture requirements for our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage furniture requirements to OCS standards and client expectations.
  • Support the FM Support Manager in completing daily tasks related to the operation of the furniture setup.
  • Ensure all furniture is in perfect condition and set according to the event plan.
  • Monitor and record breakages, and maintain high levels of cleanliness in all back-of-house areas and furniture stores.
  • Communicate regularly with colleagues on safety matters to ensure a free flow of ideas and high morale.
Requirements
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use own initiative and make quick decisions.
  • Computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated attitude and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to be flexible in meeting client demands regarding availability and work hours.
