Swimming Instructor

As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities. You will work in a fun and lively environment with a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for teaching and swimming.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about helping people learn to swim or become stronger, faster, or more confident in the water. You will be a friendly, approachable, and patient individual with the ability to build trust and motivate your students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
• Working with customers in groups and sometimes on a one-to-one basis to motivate and instruct them during their lessons
• Building trust and motivating students to achieve their potential
• Continually seeking out development opportunities and potential ideas to further improve the service we provide
