About the Company

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject and 4 or more years of relevant industry experience. You should also be licensed as a BREEAM assessor and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. In addition, you should be willing to apply for security clearance and have knowledge of Building Regulations.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves providing BREEAM consultancy services on a range of asset types, leading client and design team workshops, collaborating closely with stakeholders, preparing assessment reports, advising clients on cost-effective solutions, and supporting the training and development of junior members of the team.
