Civils Project Manager

Ward Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Civils Project Manager to lead our client's most exciting project in Northern Ireland. As a key decision-making leader, you will be responsible for implementing groundbreaking strategies, delivering excellent client results, and innovating project management techniques.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic project leadership team, breaking new ground by delivering sustainable initiatives, constantly learning and developing your knowledge, and utilizing new tools and strategies to drive project success. You will work closely with the Regional Director, Assistant Project Manager, QS, and Engineering team to ensure delivery of the BIM strategy and monitor project stages in line with PEP, budget, and reporting on progress monthly.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with direct and indirect staff, including consultants, to ensure delivery of the BIM strategy
- Monitor and ensure delivery of project stages in line with PEP, budget, and reporting on progress monthly
- Drive quality delivery for the projects HSEQ and zero emissions initiatives
- Manage key client and supplier relationships, reporting on and responsible for Project Delivery, working closely with HSEQS teams to ensure compliance with internal and external initiatives and Resource Planning for staff and supply chain
- 10+ years' project management experience delivering on 4+ civil projects
- 10+ years' experience managing and working closely with subcontractors and direct staff
- Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships, including client management, supplier negotiations, staff management, and supply chain planning
- Excellent communication skills, people skills, and experience preparing and reporting on key project information
