Job Overview:

The IPS Group is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker Development Manager to drive commercial growth through strategic partnerships and innovative insurance solutions. This sales-focused role requires strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a panel of brokers to achieve business growth targets
  • Travel to meet with external stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships to drive business opportunities
  • Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with key decision-makers

Requirements:
  • Experience in BDM, Account Exec, or New Business Underwriter roles, with a focus on cross-commercial lines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
