About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of English to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our English department and contributing to the overall success of our school.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Head of English or a senior leader in English, with a deep understanding of the curriculum and a passion for English literature. This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
