About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Strategist to join our team at IRIS Software Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our strategic business platforms, focusing on Salesforce, NetSuite, and integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving operational success.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce, NetSuite, and integration technologies, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions and platform improvements.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, managing upgrades, migrations, and new implementations to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, best practices, and support to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, strong knowledge of NetSuite and integration technologies.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration, with experience in NetSuite. Knowledge of Apex coding, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Certifications: Salesforce and NetSuite certifications are desirable.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys mentoring and has a positive mindset.
